Anne Celeste Heche was an American actress known for her performances across a range of categories in the film and television theatre. Her awards include a Daytime Emmy Award, a National Board of Review Award, and many others. Anne Celeste Heche, born on May 25, 1969, in New York City, died August 11th, 2022 in Los Angeles, was an American actor. In 1987-1991, she gained fame for her performance as Victoria Hudson's sister Marley Love. This led to two Soap Opera Digest Awards and the Daytime Emmy Award. In the late 1990s, she began to rise to prominence with her roles in crime dramas Donnie Brasco and Volcano, the film about horror I Know What You Did Yesterday Summer and the political comedy Wag the Dog. Anne Lockhart was born Anne Kathleen Maloney, September 6th 1953. She is an American actor. She is best known for her role as Lieutenant Sheba in her role in the Battlestar Galactica television series (1978-1979). She is the granddaughter and daughter of actors Gene Lockhart. The career of Lockhart began at a very young age. In T is for Tumbleweed, her first movie role was at four years old. The short film about a subject was nominated for an academy award. The actress accompanied her mom on film set, where she learned about the inner workings behind the industry. Lockhart is even featured on many Lassie episodes. Dora in Jory in 1973 was her debut film. In 1972, she turned 18 years old when she portrayed Joan Crawford's daughter Joan Crawford on The Sixth Sense. Joan was the final actor to make an appearance in The Sixth sense. It is a popular belief that Anne did not want to play Laurie Strode for John Carpenter's 1978 film, Halloween. Jaime Lee Curtis was given the part. Carpenter stated the actress was his first choice for the part, however she turned down the role. Anne doesn't remember John Carpenter contacting her or offering the part. Her agent might have turned down the opportunity on her behalf and without her knowledge. Her initial choice was made to play the role by Glen Larson who sent her an extremely preliminary script to play an appearance in the 1978 TV series Battlestar Galactica. She initially rejected the role because the character didn't seem robust. Glen then wrote a script for her which starred a strong character called Sheba. She was able to accept the Living Legend's script after she read its first 25 pages. It lasted for one season. She appeared in Joyride (1977), a movie which she co-starred and acted in alongside Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith, Robert Carradine.
